SCHEDULE OF SERVICES
Class begin at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and is taught by Sunday School Superintendent, Mrs. Lillian Bell.
Morning Worship Services are from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with inspiring and informative sermons by Pastor C. J. Bell and Rev. Darren Simmons.
Communion Sunday, (partaking of the Lord's Supper) provided by Bro. & Mrs. Nathaniel Hartman and administered by Rev. Darren Simmons and Deacon Nathaniel Hartman.
Women's Mission Day, in which the Mission Department, presided by Mrs. Lillie Simmons, conduct Devotional Services and an appointed Missionary teaches a lesson before Pastor Bell's sermon.
Special programs and skits are performed for various holidays including Black History Month, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.
Each year on the First Sunday in November we celebrate Rev. and Mrs. C. J. Bell's Pastoral Appreciation. Special guests from all walks of life come out to help honor and pay tribute to Pastor and Mrs. Bell for the many contributions they have given to Progressive Baptist Church and the community.
